Terms and Conditions

Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival date: Cancellation Fee: $50 per site.  (Cancellation fee mainly consists of 9% lodging tax that we have paid to the State of Maine and Credit Card Processing fees for both sales and refund transactions. We can't get them back. We will actually pay you for your cancellation if we don't have the cancellation fee.)

Cancellation within 14 days from arrival date, refund is not available.  Please don't make a reservation if you just want to hold a site while shopping around.  Our system will automatically void your reservation if invoices are overdue (after 48 hours of invoice date).

“No-shows” will be considered as forfeit of the reservation.  No refund will be issued.

No refund on Holiday (Memorial weekend, July 4th weekend, and Labor Day weekend) cancellations.

No exceptions for our cancellation policy.  We kindly suggest considering a Travel Insurance to help cover any unexpected situations that may arise including, but not limited to, emergencies, changes of plans, employment calls, death in the families or pets, and health issues, etc.
